It’s been a while since I’ve updated the site. Not much new has happened. I’ve been working on getting the diesel running, but still no-go. I did finally do the DMV paperwork, and I bought a battery for it (Interstate MTP-93, 850 cold cranking amps). The 245 is still running strong, and not much new has happened with that car. Today I added two new greenbooks, one is the 1980 Wiring Diagrams, and the other is another book on the Automatic Transmissions. Both were scanned by Poulson01, so if you see him, say thank you.

Not much new, but I updated some of the articles and added some pictures of the Diesel. I also added another greenbook, which brings the total number of complete books to 30!

Updated the 264 Diesel’s page with new pictures of the car – it’s pretty much completely clean now. If only it ran, was insured, and was legally registered. But that will be a while I think.

Work is progressing slowly on the diesel, but the car is getting a lot cleaner. I’ve thrown away and recycled about 40 gallons of trash from the car at this point. The is still a lot to be done, but at least all four doors open and shut now, and there are no more hornet nests. There are some new pictures on its page of the car in progress in my garage. I also updated the Diesel FAQ.

Well, you’ve probably been wondering why I’ve been putting up all this diesel information. Yep, you guessed it, I bought another Volvo – a 264 diesel. I finally got around to getting pictures online, and I’ve made some other additions to the site as well. I now have all of my former cars up on the My Cars page, and have redesigned the index since there are so many of them.
